Returning an item - How does it work?
The items ordered do not meet your expectations and you want to return them? No problem ! All you have to do is complete the return slip sent with your order and attach it to the items you wish to return within 10 day after receiving you product and in the condition listed for a return. You can also contact us and we will do the necessary.
What are the reimbursement periods?
In a flash: as soon as your return package is registered by us, we do our best to refund you as quickly as possible. As a general rule, the amount of the return parcel is refunded to you the same day.
What are the deadlines for returning a package?
From the receipt of your order, you have 10 days to return the items to us free of charge.
My package does not contain a return sticker - what should I do?
If, exceptionally, your package does not contain a return sticker, please simply contact info@eresonance.ch : our staff will send you a sticker as soon as possible.
Are the costs of returning my order payable by me?
The return of items is free as long as you submit a proof of defect or that eResonance did not meet its engagement.
How do I change an item?
All you need to do is return any items you do not want free of charge within 10 days of receiving your order, and place a new order for the available items of your choice.
What to do when some returned items have not been counted?
If this should happen once, please contact our info@eresonance.ch. We will immediately clarify the matter. You will immediately receive a response from our services.
