Can I enter another delivery address?
Of course ! At home, in the office, with a family member or with a friend: you can freely choose where your package will be delivered. To do this, it's very simple: When ordering as a "Friend", enter the delivery address during the check-out.
What if my package is damaged or if some items are missing?
In addition to fast delivery, we make sure that your package is intact upon receipt. If, exceptionally, it is not intact upon receipt, we kindly ask you to cooperate by sending us photos of the damaged package. If some items are missing, please tell us exactly which ones. Please send the corresponding documents such as photo of the inner and outer package as well as of the product in order to be capable of proceding with your complain.
In which countries does eResonance shop deliver?
eResonance delivers in all countries around the world. Our team tries its best to remain up to date with the regulation to avoid any suprised during the delivery such as for VAT.
Can I enter the delivery date of my choice when ordering?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to enter a delivery date. A delay of 1 to 2 working days is necessary for the preparation of your order. Once the package is loaded into the truck, our carrier will proceed with your delivery (1 to 4 days).
What if my package has not been delivered to me?
Our collaborators and our deliverers do their best to ensure that you receive your favorite items on time and above all intact! Despite the greatest care taken in processing orders, exceptions cannot be completely ruled out. You can track your item with the tracking number providing. Of couse, you can also contact us and we will be happy to assist you and make sure your self-care.
