How to place an order on the e-shop?
VDid you find the style that suits you? Perfect ! Now select the desired color (1) and size (2) and add the item to the "basket" (3). Tip: If the desired size of an item is no longer available, we will be happy to notify you of its replenishment within the next 30 days.

At eResonance, we do not have minimal amount. We only want to ensure you will get the best self-care experience
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depends on the package size, weight and destimatin. We tried to keep the shipping cost as low as possible thanks to our partner Fedex, UPS and DHL.
How to modify / cancel an order?
If you are not satisfied with the items you have chosen once your order has been confirmed, you can cancel it withing the next 2hours with our customer service and place a new order with the items of your choice.
What happens once my order has been confirmed?
As soon as you have sent your order, we will check that all the data is complete. If this is the case, you will immediately receive an e-mail with all the information relating to your order. Afterwards, your order is sent directly to our warehouse where our packaging experts will transform into reality your self-care experience.
