We do not have free sample however we sell 1ml bottle as sample for USD 1.5. You will find all variants on the product pages.
Are your oils organic?
All of eResonance essential oils are certified organic. All of our oils and natural aromatherapy products are free of chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides. This supports the health and vitality of the soil, the plant, and therefore the essential oil itself. We only work with organic farmers and we can provide the organic certification on request.
How do I know the products you carry are 100% pure, natural, and free of chemicals and pesticides?
All our oils are pure and organic. Each batch of oils is tested with Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) to ensure safety to our customers. We only buy from distillers and distributers who sell oils extracted from plants that have not been sprayed or treated with any chemicals.
Are essential oils safe for kids?
Essential oils can be wonderful for children! Essential oil may be not recommended for kids. Please, always consult the precaution of use on the product page. We recommend only using essential oils on kids above the age of 5, as children are more delicate and can be harmed by the very concentrated chemical constituents found within the oils. From ages 5-10, essential oils may be used by diluting them with carrier oils. We recommend a 3 percent dilution rate, meaning max 6 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier.
Are essential oils safe?
Organic oils are most of the time safe to use. However, always take into consideration the precautions listed on the product page. In doubt, contact your healthcare provider before using essential oil, as it could have adverse effects if used in conjunction with prescribed medication. Aromatherapy can be wonderful and renewing at any age! We do recommend using a 3 percent dilution rate, meaning one should provide 1-2 ounces of carrier product with max 6 drops of essential oil.
What are your prices based on?
The pricing of essential oils is based on the distillation process, farming practices, concentration of the oils and many other factors.
I live in a very warm climate. Will the products being sent to me be safe from the effects of outside heat?
Some essential oils are sensitive in high temperature. We recommend to store your oil in a dark and cool place to ensure the best experience possible.
I am confused on the storage of essential oil blends. Can I use a PET bottle to store blends in jojoba or with other carriers?
We do not recommend storing any essential oil in plastic of any kind. It is absolutely fine to use plastic as a temporary solution or if you are creating a diluted blend/spray. However, best is always to store your oils in glass bottles of a dark color and in a cool/room temperature location.
Do I need to keep my carrier products inside of the refrigerator?
Carrier oils do have the tendency to solidify or coagulate, forming small solids in cool temperatures. You may want to store them at room temperature.
Do I need to keep my essential oils in the refrigerator?
We do advise keeping your oils in a cool, dark location and away from direct sunlight to reduce the risk of oxidation.

No, the only form of payments are the one listed in our website. eResonance will never ask you you your credit card information. We recommend that you do not give your credit card number or any sensitive information via email to anyone.

All payments are made through our website. We do not accept payment over phone neither eResonance will never ask you your credit card information.

What if I want to change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

What is your return policy?

When will my order be processed?

How are your oils packaged?
We strive to use recycled packing material whenever possible. we use woods wool with recyclable boxes.
What kind of a container are the bulk oils shipped in, and how do I open these containers?
When possible, eResonance uses amber glass bottle for bulk oils. It is allow a better conservation of the oil. We also packed in special aluminum bottles when shipping internationally. To open these aluminum bottles, open the white plastic tab. Then there will be a clear plug with a ring. Gently use remove the plug of the bottle. You can replug the bottle, but ultimately you want to pour your oil into glass bottles. You can store it in the aluminum for a month or more as it is a non-reactive substance that all the distillers use for shipping, but glass is always most ideal for oils.
