Am I Stressed?
Chronic stress can lead to many health issues. Many people experience high levels of stress each day, and experience symptoms that coincide. New research even supports the idea that stress speeds up aging.
During stress, the body goes into fight or flight mode, causing non-urgent functions of the body to be put on the back burner. With modern urban lifestyles stress had exponentially increased. By constantly being in a long-term state of stress, our bodies are unable to take the care of themselves that they were made to do, and may begin to exhibit some of the possible symptoms below.
